We are thrilled to introduced the club’s new Technical Director, Ben Hanley with immediate effect. This appointment comes at a perfect time to restructure the coaching side of the club to incorporate the large number of teams we now have under one roof.

Ben brings his own team with him, Kevin Randall & Warren Gladdy to add to the existing coach network. All 3 work in football full time. They’ve all played pro & semi-pro football and have been coaching at a high level both in the UK & abroad for a number of years.

Every team will have a highly qualified coach assigned to them with a season long curriculum to teach created by Ben. Phase leaders and senior leaders will be appointed and the latest digital communication Apps used so every boy and girl who play for the club is assessed, monitored and tracked. The children will be pushed technically, whilst they are having fun learning.

Coaching levels across all ages and all levels will have to be uniform and Ben and his team will be on hand during training sessions and on Sunday’s to ensure continuity in all aspects of this department.
