In accordance with The Football Association Rule 2.13 (Publication of Ownership) in relation to Step 1 to Step 6 clubs within the National League System, we confirm that the legal status of London Lions Football Club is that of an unincorporated association.

The club is a members’ club and does not have shareholders or issued share capital.

London Lions Football Club is governed by a constitution which sets out the rules of membership and management of the club.

The club is overseen by a Chairman and managed by a Committee responsible for the day-to-day running of the club. The Committee acts on behalf of the club in managing its activities, operations, and development.
