U16 Greens won their first ever league title yesterday. In the title decider away at Hadley Rangers, Lions came from a goal down to take a half time lead with 2 well taken team goals scored by Gilly and David. 2nd half Lions came out strong and after a slight formation change Matti hit a superb 3rd into the top corner to put Lions in control.

As the game became stretched 3 more goals were added by Zac, Leo and Jonah (including his first ever goal after 7 years at the club)

Final score 6-1 to Lions.

Fantastic well deserved celebrations followed the game.
